Division Branding | 2021
In addition to policy and risk management projects, a key function of my CSD role has been serving as chief marketer for my division.
This includes writing a comprehensive marketing plan, designing and deploying a division logo, and migrating the division intranet site to a new platform that's both functional and aesthetically pleasing. "Create - CSD Crossroads Update" is a promo video that I put together to advertise the division's updated website. I hope you enjoy!

CAPM Certification | 2020
I am thrilled to have been selected to participate in TxDOT's PMP Certification Support program!
As part of my study plan, I included a PMP "pre-test" in the form of CAPM exam. It went well—I scored "above target" in 11 of the 13 target levels! I feel that the CAPM exam provided invaluable experience that will better prepare me to sit for the PMP exam, as well as demonstrate my professional and personal abilities

TxDOT Safety Video Challenge | 2019
Each year, TxDOT's Pharr District holds a Safety Video Challenge. Entries are viewed and voted on during the annual safety banquet, and the winner takes home the coveted title.
I was asked by my team to lead our San Benito Area Office Safety Video Challenge for FY '20. We decided on a parody, because safety should be fun!
When the votes were in, our video won by a landslide! Though we were happy to take home the trophy, the real win was participating in this fantastic team-building experience.
